I have been using vodafone for more than 10 years, I have Rs. 23.92 in my account balance. Its the main SIM i have been using for all my official purposes and documentation.

From the past few days i was receiving messages from Vodafone saying that after 27 Nov 2018  your outgoing services will be stopped.

And yesterday night the service has been stopped. I got one message saying that, service validity is over for your number. Outgoing voice/data services has been discontinued. Recharge with an Unlimited/Combo pack to restore services.

This is unlawful and against the consumers.

Please logde a complaint against Vodafone for this service validity policy.
