Text of Complaint by Manjiri Shende:

I was charged unnecessarily by an activation of a service by Vodafone. The fact is that I never called them nor sent any SMS to activate such service. And also I received neither a call nor an SMS for any such activation from their end post the activation of above said service. It was activated by the company without any information to me and was charged of Rs. 49 without any prior notice. When called and inquired about reduction in balance, then only I was informed by the Customer Service Representative that I was charged for some video service which was not at all activated by me. When tried asking them for refund or recharge the amount back into my number, I was informed that it was against the policy.

Also, was not able to reach out to any Team Leader, Area Manager or Floor Manager and in return was informed by Mr. Sushil(Representative) that none of them were available and I am really shocked to know that none of them were available when it is their predominant work and job nature to address customer issue.

 

Overall, PATHETIC SERVICE by VODAFONE. Cheaters to the core!!!!!
