Ref.. Vodafone red shield claim ref no 1991085121
I had submitted all documents of the damaged phone claims and I an informed that it is provisionally approved by the insurance company.
I was informed that the phone will be picked up from my home 40 days back and inspite of numerous calls and mails, it’s not picked up and repaired. I even offered to send it by courier or even personally,but was refused by them, that there is no such provision. I enquired about any other options and I was informed that I have to wait for the pick up and I got responses like it will be picked up in 48 hours many times,but nothing happened.
