Text of Complaint by Gourab Mahajan:

Being a Vodafone Customer for more than 8 years, Its very Difficult but wise Decision to leave Vodafone as i have selected the Vodafone Red Shield Plan, It took 10 Days to Reject the claim, Being Intention on the first Day to Reject that even after submitting all the Documents which were very well proved,

Reason for Rejection of claim as below-

*Loss reported is caused due to incorrect storage which falls outside the scope of policy.
*Loss reported is caused due to careless use or neglect which falls outside the scope of policy.

No Accident can happen with Full Consciousness as Insurance Claims that’s why called as Accidental Knowledge

moreover the Customer support is illiterate  and are big Black dot on Vodafone name

Its Sad to leave vodafone but left  no Choice
