Dear sir,

This is K.YATHIRAJA RAO having a Airtel sim number 9491348212. Yesterday signal cut suddenly to SIM. So I asked for sim replacement in Guntur but they told not possible to replace because of name wrong. Actually that SIM belongs to me I have given proof of Aadhar actual name is YATHIRAJA Rao konduru but in Airtel records shines name as raja Rao konduru yati. So please resolve this problem
