I bought Samsung note 8 in sep 2017. At the same time , as i was customer of vodafone postpaid, i subscribed for Mobile insurance and every month i used to pay for it. Few days back my phone screen got broke and i was relaxed as my phone was insured. I claimed the insurance.After somedays they repudiated my claim and when i asked for the reason of rejection , they stated that it is due to insufficient documents provided. I corrected the documents and requested them to reprocess the documents.After this they gave me thd reason that loss reported is due to ‘Carelessness or Negligence’.
mentioning this stupid reason of carelessness and negligence.

All accidents occur due to negligence only. No person on this earth willingly wants accident to occur.
The way you decided the repudiation , seems you don’t want to process any claims regarding broken devices.

I believe if someone buys the insurance feels relax at the time of mishappening, rather your repudiation of the claim gave me tensions. And most important thing is, one should never buy an insurance as they are only wasting their hard earned money to fill your pockets as you are about to repudiate the claims stating its carelessness.

They are just cheating everyone on the pretext of providing handset insurance….they kept asking for the documents again and again even after providing each and every document Everytime…..don’t ever take red plan…in my case the phone was on my name….I had all the original documents……they kept asking me for page 2 of invoice with imei number mentioned in it…..after much of struggle and talking to the customer care…..I provided them the page 2 of invoice….but on some pretext or another….they kept making excuses…. asking for one paper or another….my registered email ID is ranjeetdente@gmail.com
    ….and I am quitting Vodafone today….
