Since 10-June-2020, I recharged my Vodafone number 7507311237 two times and in the first attempt I was tried it via my Vodafone App were payment gateway is gpay (UPI) and after I got an unsuccessful message recharge I re-tried via paytm where I got successful recharge message in this case both recharged amount is deducted from my bank account.
For this discrepancy of deduction of amount via Vodafone app I called 2 time and told about this to vodafoneidea representative and she/he assured me that this amount you will get back within 7 days and now today is the 8th day and still I didn’t get my amount back to my account.
Here I am attaching both the receipts plz check and resolve the amount deduction issue asap.
