This is regarding my lost SIM card. I lost my mobile last week- 17th April 2018 and till date I am in process of chasing Vodafone for my SIM activation. These people have useless answers to my query.
The very next day I visited Voda store to get my SIM activated and those people issued me a new sim after verification of my documents and asked me to wait for a day and I will be ready to use my number. But even after 4 days that SIM did not work.
I visited store again on Saturday- 21st April and after pushing them, I came to know that they can not issue me new SIM until they have my documents in system. Heck it..!!
I am failed to understand if they do not have my documents till date, How I was using my number since 10 years now? Is it the right time for them to realize that they do not hold my documents since starting of the number..!!
It is really strange in my head and now store people said they need two hours more on 20th April to get my number started and here again, we are sitting on 23rd April there two hours are still counting.
Can someone please help me to clarify what is this happening? What is the issue with Vodafone? If they are not capable of providing services to customer, then I am ready to port my number on other networks. I need resolution here.
