My Vodafone prepaid number 9444401620 belonging to Chennai circle has been blocked from 8th of July 2017 and till now I am unable to get it back in service. The reason Vodafone is giving is that there is some outstanding in my alternate number. Please note that I had converted my both numbers into prepaid last year after clearing all bills and also paying advance rent on pro rata basis. If there was due, it would not have converted into a prepaid. When I asked them the bill for the proof of due, they are not able to produce. Also they have blocked it as if I called them and blocked the number. I even approached the Nodal officer. It is also of no use. I have lost lots of business and I am unable to do any banking transactions because I am unable to receive any OTP. This is harassment to the core. Please help me resolve this issue.
