Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar:

Hi Team. My name is Deepak I visited Vodafone store in Mysore on 26th May 2018 to get my post paid connection converted to prepaid, store person asked me to pay complete bill, the unbilled amount and the recharge amount also to be paid. I have paid full billed + unbilled through card and recharge amount in cash. I have got replacement simcard but the service has not yet moved from postpaid connection to prepaid yet. When asked in customer care I got to know that no request for postpaid connection to prepaid has been initiated even after 7 working days.

Need justice for the will full fraud from vodafone store.
