Text of Complaint by Shubhank Singh:

Dear Sir
I would like to appeal you to activate my number at earliest possible
I am a Vodafone customer and was travelling in UK since 5th June,2019. I also activated my International roaming pack and paid my initial bills, however, some problem occurred in my Vodafone app and I could not pay the last few month bills.
I came back to India on 26th November,2019 and was shocked to know that my Vodafone post paid number is inactive. I called customer care multiple times but never got any call back or satisfactory response rather harassment. No one at your customer care is responsible to help and they disconnected the call without any satisfactory answer.
I am ready to pay my bills but whether Vodafone will reimburse my harassment since 26 November,2019.
I have called your appealte authority but there also there is no satisfactory response.
Kindly guide me whether Vodafone wants me to port it to other services as this kind of unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable.
No one at your customer care is ready to even register complaint
