As a customer, I have always been given falsify information right from taking the connection to till now.
This has resulted my incorrect billing. Was told roaming and SMS are free in 299 plan, But we’re charged.
Then upgraded to 399 plan, here also being charged on internet and SMS.
Inspite of paying Bill on time, due to your website technical issues, I had to deposit my bill again with late fees.
You people have Given false information and have unethical in your approach.
Reimburse my amount.
