I have the above mentioned vodafone post paid connection,
I try to port the connection and i received porting code and i paid the bill amount and excess some amount. but they rejected the port with reason amount pending. again I try to port but not receiving the porting code, I register a complaint and they told with in 24 hour they will close the issue, Now more than 7 days gone but not receiving the porting code.
Please note that, due to your mistake I lost several offers from the porting network.
Request you that please do the immediate action to get the porting code
