Hello Team, This is in regards to the poor network signals by Vodafone. Firstly I raised this concern on 24th March 2020 since then there was only 3 calls I have received from Vodafone side. I am keep chasing them for any fix but they are not entertaining any request.
Lastly, I want them to share unpaid amount after adjusting the period of poor network. So I can move to other service provider. Still they are not coming up with any proper and actionable response. I am ready to pay actual amount pending at my end but will not pay since I raised concern and Vodafone team is not reaching out with action resolving approach.
Due to signal issues and now they have blocked services from back end I am not getting any OTP’s from bank where it’s my primary number.
Kindly advise how and what should be done. I am really tired of useless services and approach showed by Vodafone team.
