Hi,
I am submitting this complain officially for the numbers mentioned as 9820437543 and 756040959. I have called multiple times in last 3-4 months to understand why should I be paying amount in excess of 1000. However every time I was asked to call back as the systems aren’t working or being upgraded. During this time I also received calls from collections department asking me to pay up for the dues however when I asked about why the dues are so high they weren’t able to cite any reason as the system was so called being updated/upgraded.
On more than one occasions my primary number was debarred from making an outbound call without any notice creating an embarrassing situation for me. Is this how a loyal customer is treated? From last 3-4 months whenever I call Vodafone the only response I get is that the systems are down and we can’t help you. Does that mean that I have to continue to pay abnormally high amount without any justification?
Today when I called Vodafone, I spoke to Mr. Abhishek who reiterated that the system aren’t working and he can’t help me. When I expressed my desire to speak to a supervisor he denied it stating there’s no one available and asked me to call again after 2 hours or after 0700 Hrs. IST. When I insisted that I will stay on line for next two hours he hung up on me. Is this an ideal customer service? I don’t blame Abhijit for this behavior however am I not within my rights to know what’s happening with my phone numbers for almost 4 years that I am ending up paying such a high premium where I believe I should not?
The objective of this email is not to escalate but to help a customer know why he has to pay “x” amount. Please help me justify the same and I am more than willing to pay the dues. If not, what will I get in return to compensate for the frustration and humiliation of getting disconnected when I call Vodafone?

PS: I generally don’t pick up calls from unknown numbers hence email is the best source of communication.
