Text of Complaint by SWATEE LANDGE:

Hello, Vodafone is charging too much for my one postpaid plan. I had been using plan of 399 and no other services i had opted for. But, they are initiating international roaming and all other services on their own and then sending me huge bills. Every month i had to call Vodafone and complaint.

They take the complaint but do not act to reverse charges or modify bills in next month.

Instead they are sending me bills of 1600 every month and i had been paying too much of money since 6-7 months now. I had called customer care several times, one representative says they will reverse /credit the charges but they are not doing that at all. Kindly take immediate action, now they have stopped my service also, this month and last month they have sent me bill of Rs.1600.

And prior to that in oct-no 2018, they send me bill of 3k and 4k – which i paid – as i was told – it would be reverse after payment only. My humble request you to kindly call Vodafone service manager and get all my bills reversed please. I can not even port out as now they are asking me to pay 1600 – rs for full payment to start service again. I cannot afford to lose this number as this is used everywhere related to my work.

Kindly help and take immediately action please. I have attached 3 bills as it allows only 3 bills here. but i have all the bills of false billing send by vodafone. My request number is – 533524542, 533521556 Looking forward for your quick and positive action. Thanks & Regards, Swatee
