- I have been using Vodafone for very long time, I have ₹118.10 in my account balance. Its the only SIM I’ve been using for all my calls.
- From the past few days I’m getting messages and calls saying after Nov 21, 2018 your outgoing services will be suspended and try to recharge with plans Rs35/65/95 and get an extension of 28 days.
- How could the company have the rights to deduct the validity of SIM and how could it threaten the consumer to recharge with additional plans, when there is enough account balance in the SIM card.
- This is very annoying and depriving the rights of the consumer.

Even I am facing the same issue.
Even I am getting such messages. Vodafone has no right to cut my outgoing service without my permission. And also they don’t have any right to force me to recharge with some specified bullshit plan of theirs. Vodafone should be charged heavy penalty for harassing their customers with such messages.
