My outgoing service deactivated on 21st November 2018 and for that i have not received any notification earlier regarding that. Today on 5th December i called customer support 198 two times. 1st time a man respond me and i ask him to transfer my call to higher authority then till 20 to 25 minutes i wait for it but he haven’t forwarded the call and 2nd time one madam told me that you got notification before 21st November but i couldn’t received any message instead i receive message on 4th December and 5th December. I attach one picture in which it’s shows that two messages.
