Hi Team,
My newly ported number 9700516042 has been put on hold without any reason, several mails has been sent to customer care vodafone and even tried connecting through calls even but no luck.
One girl named pragati kashyap has also replied on mail from vodafone but inspite of givIng solution to the problem she was just playing with the words.
I replied her with my simple question asking why my number is on hold but till now there is no reply from cuatomer care. Its my five years old mobile number.
Consumer forum team can you please help me in solving this case.
