Dear ,
Mr./Mrs/Miss,
To whom ever the concern person As im the customer of vodafone Since 1999,eitially the service was fine & no issues regarding the coverage , Billing & ETC.
After the company was hansded over to other the problem has started occuring the problem & day by day its increasing . I have suffered a lot for the same & i had a word with Sonal Mam, Kavita Mam & Head Shabina Mam when she was there & she resolved the problem on that issue for a time being . As soon as she left the problem started increasing again .
We are having your services for 4 Nos Eg’ 9923830691,96730691,9673330694 & Main No is 9823030691 what we are using as a postpaid but
THE PREPAID SERVICES ARE VERY CHEAPER THAN POISTPAID therefore we want to shift for all the three NO 9923830691,96730691,9673330694 as prepaid .
We have tried a lot for to transfer this no to prepaid but there is no response from your side . We have also tried by doing the SMS but the no which has to be sent from you side is not yet sent . We also went to hirabug they told there is no alternative you have to giiiiive us that No which has to be send by Vodafone.
Please do the needfull for the same at earliest.
