hi, my self manoj from jodhpur rajasthan, my one number which is postpade is unsued and i am going to nearest vodafone store for the prepaid and clear my all dues, but they lie to me to not do prepaid yet, and came in 1 april, and am going on 1 april they said that clear your new bill and am not using this number but they not properly guid and said paid 130/- net day 200 net day 230/ i am confused not executive not talking to customer properly. one said me send a messge for converting prepaid and come tomorrow when i going then one person said , request is generate affter 48 hr . mean your execuitve not stisfing and annoys to customer. i am paying bill without using number and dailly going to vodafone store near 12th road jodhpur. kindly convert my number in prepaid other wise i will not pay any amount because this number is unsed and see your executives on vodafone store
