I had complained in Dec 2016 that the network at my work place is poor/non-existent. calls are dropping and internet is almost non-existent.Their network engineer came four times since then and confirmed there was problem in their network. Their cust service also called to say they need to install a new tower to improve network. But nothing has been done expect LIP service. Since vodafone did not do anything, i use another service for internet and tel calls at my work location. I paid bills(auto debit from my bank account). SO vodafone did not do anything inspite of my constant complaints for 2 years. I got fed up and informed them of my decision to stop payment if nothing was done by Oct 2018. Again nothing was done, their cust service officers are very rude and so i decided to stop payment and PORT. Now they blocked my services and threaten to cancel my number without providing any services. They have blocked my PORTing also. SO i want the refund of my payment for last 2 years RS 10000 and PORT to another telecom provider.
