Text of Complaint by Sharjeel Ansari:

Vodafone N/W is getting worst day by day. People spent more time in office and both Voice and Data N/W is so poor at my office area. Calls are getting dropped and Data also doesn’t work when you need it. During my conversion with one of the Vodafone executive call got dropped 4 times and even she agreed.

And today Emails to Vodafone is getting bounced and Chat Service no one attending, Phone call getting IVR customer service executive not available.

My complaint is pending since Jan 2019 and Vodafone field engineer visited but didn’t fixed it. ON follow-up call they say someone will call you but no response at all.

Not at one location most of the locations all over Mumbai Service is impacted and they are not resolving it.
