I am a Vodafone customer since 2006. Till Oct 2016, I was out of india most of the time and being a postpaid customer, religiously paying my bills by ECS.When I was in india, I have seen inflated bills by Vodafone but silently paid them.
From Nov 2016 I am back working in India and in Dec 2016 I first complained about lack of network and dropped calls to vodafone at my working location in Andheri west. Their network engineers came four times and confirmed my complaint was indeed correct but nothing has been done til today except sending me inflated bills. They have a cust care center just in front of my building. I wrote several emails and called several times. Their cust service officers aare very rude and keep on confusing/complicating and implicating instead of resolving thhe issue. Since i got fed up, I warned them 2 months in advance that I would stop paying bills if nothing is done to resolve the issue. BUt they kept on ignoring and finally I stopped paying my bills in Oct 2018. Till then all bills were paid by ECS. Immediately they disconnected my connection without any warning email to me. Several emails to their higher ups was of no use. One email is sent to any complaint made by customer by different names. They refused to reply or act. I have even written to their CEO balesh sharma, but they are just not bothered. Their arrogance is at highest. I made all the payments, but it took them 17.5 hours to restore my connection, BUT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RESTORE THE NETWORK CONNECTION AND DROPPED CALL ISSUE. THEY NOW OPENLY THREATEN ME TO NOT MAKE ANY COMPLAINT ABOUT NETWORK ISSUE.THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY PORT OUT 4 TIMES.

MY PRAYER: SUCH ARROGANT COMPANIES LIKE VODAFONE BE SEVERLY PUNISHED AND I BE AWARDE Rs 2 lakh as compensation for mental harassment, Illegal disconnection of my number causing lowering of my Credit rating, inflated bills, loss of face, no mobile connection for 2 months and FOR STILL NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE.
