I submitted complaints to Vodafone earlier this year on poor network. They mentioned that the optimization of the network is going on and it would improve.
During the lockdown we were not able to port, plus Vodafone sold plans which made it difficult for a consumer to move out for 6 months and continue to get affected by their service.
Now from June/July every time I try to port they come back saying we will improve the service and complete the optimization in your area. Even one of their engineers visited he himself mentioned the issue is happening due to cell site switching between 2G, 3G & 4G.
The optimization would take 15 days still the issues continue. Earlier I was penalised for 6 months when I was not able to port out. Now the issue is the network is poor and provided by their engineer too.
I want a complete refund of amount paid to Vodafone between Jan to June’20.
