Today, July 21, 2018, since morning I am facing network problem. I thought it might be a seasonal problem but it showing continuously the same.

After some time one of my friends called me and informed me that Vodafone has stopped incoming call facility on my network. Then, at last, I called a customer executive at 4:17 PM, I explained to her but she denied and without any satisfactory answer she transfers my call to Mahesh. He also misguided and cut the call directly without any information.

The whole day, I was harassing by this network and executive of the Vodafone. This is very rude.  Just a day before I have recharged with 398/- Rs. in this. Now, these people are not giving their service up to the mark then I don’t want to continue their service any more.
