Text of Complaint by Suchismita Karmakar:

I subscribed  to the vodafone offer for two months subscription for Netflix.  I relentlessly followed up with them for more than 15 days but they never bothered to resolve the issue. They have caused me immense agony and mental distress. I pay for a premium postpapo plan every month and their services are pathetic.
