Sir, I bought a postpaid connection of Vodafone in which I got some service
It has a service Vodafone, Mobile Shield Protection.(mobile insurance)Those who were covered for 1 year.
I downloaded the Mobile Shield app on my mobile phone and got my phone covered, which gave me Mobile Shield Protection for 1 year and I have its certificate number.I registered this service in January 2020 ,
Sir, my phone is now broken and I called in Vodafone. To get the claim registered, they refuse me that your claim cannot be registered because you too have become service deactivated.
Sir, my phone is still covered for 1 year and they let me know my service Deactivated.
Sir, my phone is covered I want to claim insurance from Vodafone itself. My phone costs ₹ 80000.
Sir will accept my complaint and file a case against Vodafone. Thank you very much.
