The Vodafone store located opposite to DMart , Hinjewadi , Pune, Maharashtra is not at all listening to the consumers. I went there to port my mobile from Airtel to Vodafone and he took 495 Rs for FRC and after 5 days I called that still no. is not ported in but now he is not picking up the calls and is not giving the money back. Similar complaints have been raised for the employee at that store also. But still there is no action or warning from vodafone side.
