My mom is using Vodafone connection from past few year and she’s using a phone which is not having any multimedia functions. Today (07.07.2020) 5:30am her mobile balance deducted for various services activation which is activated automatically from vodafone.
I have continuously follow up them and registered a complaint againt this and the customer care executive added this number under blocked list, so that going forward she won’t get any such advertisement.
And also we got the deducted amount (49RS). Same day evening she got a message that 47RS deducted for some service activation without her knowledge.
I have called the customer service desk and complained against the same. Unfortunately I got a reply that they can’t help because this is a third party service.
Actually Vodafone is looting customers without their knowledge. This is the way Vodafone is treating a senior citizen. Hats off Team Vodafone.

I want to logged a complaint against Vodafone because of vodafone I am facing lot of problems.
