I was using vodafone postpaid connection and later converted to prepaid. after my number changed to prepaid i tried to recharge my number but amount was credited to postpaid phone account.
on 27th Feb i talk to vodafone delhi nodal officer and he assure me that after next billing cycle cheque of excess amount will b sent to my registered address via post.
on 2nd April i received email that my cheque is send but dispatch details were not shared. on 19th April i received email stating that my address is not traceable.
on very next day i replied that my address is correct and all posts are getting delivered without any issue. i have not receive any response on my email.
finally i escalated it to appellate authority on 3rd MAy. Finally now there are saying my area not serviceable.
i am unable to understand that 3 month back they delivered the SIM on same address and my address in gurgaon muncipal area and served by all leading courrier agencies and Indian post than how come its unservicable for vodafone posts.
For me its a clear case that vodaafone don’t want to refund my amount.
