Dear Sir/Maam,

Whomsoever it may concern. I hope you are doing well.

I’ve a complaint regarding a fake/fraud commitment done by Vodafone sales executive and Team members.

Complaint Description: I received a call from 9582887897 (Vodafone Sales Executive) on 14th April at 17:01 PM regarding Vodafone plan of Rs.499/- as plan follows (Offers)

1- All outgoing & Incoming free 2- Roaming free 3- 40 GB data/month 4- 4 months Shield protection 5- Vodafone Video 6- Netflix (1 Year Subscription) Free 7- Amazon (1 Year Subscription) Free But I did not receive what was committed. I did not receive Netflix & Amazon.

Since I was already using Airtel plan of Rs. 399/- which included everything except Netflix. So just because of Netflix connection, I switched over to Vodafone. My number (9717870929) was activated on 20 April’18 and when i got to know that the above services are not there with this plan, I contacted Vodafone customer service at 198. They asked me to wait till then the complaint will be resolved and I’ll get what i was promised but till today I have not received any positive feedback except repeated words from the Vodafone Team.

The complaint was closed stating that they can not provide what was communicated instead I’ve to bear the lost of my Rs 100 every month as per Airtel plan and the services which i did not get. I’ve called several times to Vodafone customer care team at 198 and the person who called me for the connection on 9582887897, the person who confirmed my address for connection on 8130793619 and the field executive on 7217612925 but no one is responding to my call now except the 198 people but they are failed to resolve the complaint.

I would request you to please resolve this issue and get me what i was promised. I had contacted Vodafone Customer care Team, Nodal Office, Appellate Office for the complaint but no one responding to my complaint except the same repeated words from their end that they can not provide what i was committed.

I have received a call from 7076029632 regarding ATM Card Activation and asking for kyc details for my bank account. after that responding person using abusing language and said that he will be take a legal action. i have received many call from this number. i request to you that please launch a legal complaint for this number
