i am having free calling prepaid plan of vodafone for 90 days.
I was having main balance as 516.7082 on 20 April 2018.
On 21 April one service automatically added to my number and 49 deducted from my main balance, and balance was 467.7082, i tried to deactivate this service. but another service was activated and deducted 150 rs and balance become – 317.71.
I called Vodafone CC and they refunded 150 and balance – 467.71.
after that 49 rs deduced twice and amount become – 379.71, again i called vodafone they initiated refunded 39 rs.
yesterday 99 rs got deducted saying 1 store pack activated and balance become 319.71, again i called Vodafone and they refunded 99 rs and now my balance is 418.71.
I was having free calling, NET, sms , roaming pack but because of all this deduction and refund vodafone has stolen my 98 Rs. my balance has to be 516.71

My prepaid balance has been cutted from vodafone they have been cutting since 6th of Feb 2021 and today is 24th of may 2021, and they have almost cutted 34 rupees , i need my prepaid internet and balance back very dissatisfied with it.
