This is the third time after complaining to customer care also I received one more message from Vodafone saying they have deducted some amount for some services without my consent or permission they deduct money and if i donot report in 24 hours they don’t refund. I have to complain everytime wasting my time and efforts and money too.

I’m also facing the same issue. As soon as i add some balance to my vodafone account, it’ll charge random amounts for services that i didn’t request.
