This is really sad to inform you that you are highly unprofessional ,when it comes to work ,Since June 2018 I am continuously charged for internet usage although same was utilised within limits allowed of 500 MB per month.
Since Last six months I am continuously sending mail ,talking to your executives for waiver and due to your fault I have made late payments of bill and also many a times situation as forced me to pay higher amount to keep connection going.
Below I am attaching the data wherein I am overcharged and waiver is not granted and in same case I am expecting a adjustment in next bill,so Kindly arrange for same or else I need to take this compliant at next level.
