I had applied for the prepared – postpaid conversion of my airtel number 9906786858 on 3-01-2019 and according to the infirmation provided to me by an SMS that the services will be suspended for 30 mins for prepaid – postpaid conversion. Since then i am not able to use airtel services and causing a big problem for me as the number is linked almost everywhere, i am not able to make bank transactions as well. If trying to call customer care they only give the information to wait for 24 hours. Kindely Resolve this ASAP
