Hi,

This is Sandeep with my mobile number 9620408399, I have been using this number for the past 6 years  and this is my primary contact number everywhere. I observed that my mobile was disconnected from the network form 10-JUL-2020 and I called up customer care to know the reason for deactivation. initially they said that i was not using this number for the past 3 months so it’s been deactivated. But i asked to escalate it to the floor manager, she  checked my details and  confirmed that calls and data is active till last friday (10-jul-2020). My network has been deactivated without any prior notice.

And customer support team is asking me to travel to Karnataka (600 KM ) to submit KYC to activate my number. I have call recording for the same. i  can submit that as proof if needed. Sir, Please help me resolve this issue.

I  cannot travel to Karnataka now and I am unable to submit KYC in Telangana state. Please help me to get  it activated. The only reason i am denying to travel is due to covid19 situations across the  globe. Every  government is asking people not to travel but Vodafone team is asking to take life risk and travel to re submit KYC.

Please help me to activate my sim card.
