I am Neeraj using services of Vodafone telecom, writing this complaint letter due to internet speed issues coming from December 2017 while using internet data ,speed is very low so I made complaint many time but no response by customer executive team they only made promise that your problem will be solved but there is no any improvement ,
at last I go for second level complaint to nodal officer on 11 June 2018 and they assure me that my problem will by solved by 18 June 2018 but it does not get resolved then I complaint again on 18 June 2018 then they said it will resolved by 25 June 2018 but it remains same
so I made complaint again on 25 June 2018 then Executive named shairi Kaur from Vodafone nodal office of Delhi tell me that it will take one month or more than one month to solve this problem and they said maximum optimisation has been also done so Vodafone will try to improve there service in future not for my complaint but for there usual improvement,
everytime when I made complaint a different time limit and different reasons has been given to me by different executive but problem is still same, I have the voice recording and screenshot of responses of executives of nodal office
