On May 17, 2018 I requested for Internationals roaming package for 7 days starting May 20, 2018. However the system initated the service immediately. I tried to reach out to call centre and Perumbavoor branch and everyone denied my complaint saying that is not possible. No ones even accepting the fact that there may be a bug in the system that could have caused this. I need the service starting May 20 for 7 days and now to extend I’ll have to pay more. Using this network for 13 years I am expecting a better service from you and I hope you can consider this as an issue and address my needs. Hoping to stay in this network.
