Hi, I am Unnat & my number is 9021703391. I activated international roaming on Vodafone but somehow it not working in Dubai & showing no service. I am handicapped and I am not getting proper help from Vodafone.
I am getting No Service in mobile, I also tried all basic steps provided by customer care executive but still card is not active in UAE.
Firstly Vodafone customer care executive said, during activation of international roaming you will get date selection option from which date you have to start service. But there were no such option and my service of two day is wasted and when I call customer again, they said we never told you thing like that and now card not working in UAE even after service activation which is waste of my money.
I am very disappointed with Vodafone service and customer care support. I have sent multiple emails but getting only one reply saying remove the card and reinsert which is not solving the problem.
