I was a customer to Vodafone India from at least last 4 years, during this time, I was charged above the plan which I used, but due to the hassle of switching providers I kept on paying bills, now when I am on a 699 plan, my bill comes for 1200,1600,1800.
With the experience that vodafone doesn’t treat its customers fairly, I finally made my mind to switch the product, but now they are not letting me port the number, vodafone says that port id was incorrectly filled however I filled it myself at the store of the other provider.
I just want to switch my number, as vodafone have caused me serious grievance.
