i am being charged unnecessarily by vodafone for downloading a content which i have never seen in my mobile.
When i called them on the customer care number 198, all they had to say was that it is not from our end, you must have clicked a link.
A sum of 34.00 rupees has been deducted in total & it is being deducted every month.
The customer care has no solution for it.
