We have 23 nos corporate connections of vodafone which we are using since last around 8 years. We never face so much problem against the all numbers before Idea merged with Vodafone. if there was any issue then it has been rectified within 48 hours easily.

But since the Idea merged with Vodafone no one taking responsibility to resolve any type of problem/issues. Even we are following for some issues since last 8-9 months but no one is listening to resolve the issues even more issues have created.

Please help us regarding the issues otherwise we will port the same connections to the aother telecom compnay.
