I changed my prepaid vi number to postpaid last month, after paying first bill the sim get not working (no physical damage), it doest show signal or anything, i called vi customer care,but unfortunately very bad behaviour from telecallers. Two ladies speak and they say they cant take postpaid complaints, and give me a number, i called that number also then the exicutive says thats sorry sir we cant give any details about postpaid connections. Actually they fool customers saying like this.
And also internet speed is very low, suerly they adjust speed to each customer’s individual.
Cheating customer’s is not a good manner, plz understand VI.
