I decided to port my number today after almost 2 years of facing issues. The moment I applied for the port, I’ve received about 21 calls from Vodafone asking me to not do it. Some of their executives were legit yelling at me to not do it.  When I asked one the representative if their system showed how many times they’ve contacted a particular number today she said no and I told her I’ve received about 21 calls and when I wouldn’t pick up I was called until I finally did. And she says” toh app matt karo na port”. I don’t know what kind of behaviour is this where you cause so much trouble to a customer who doesn’t want to use your network because of your low services.

I am getting calls from 9811381016, 9582032422,9811174106, 9582212702, 8588848918, 9953330243. This person is keep on saying same thing about the bil payment and continously giving call. Also he was abusive.

I am using the number which was only for ring purpose. this is my choice whever i will pay that amount.

Vodafone do not have right to give call by same person at the same time continuously. this is harassment. I was driving and keep on calling. who will be responsible if I wil hit someone.

Thank you,

Lalit
