My monthly plan was of INR 399/-. On 23rd February, 2019, I visited Vodafone office at Khodiyar Nagar Branch, Earth ICON, New VIP Road, Vadodara to change my plan to INR 49/- per month, without data plan. A SMS was received on the same day for receipt of request as attached as PHOTO 1.

It was assured that the requested change will be done from next billing cycle of March, 2019 and request will be made in system by the Vodafone executive. Documents like Aadhar card was submitted. Bill of March, 2019 was INR 399/- + GST (INR 471/-). So, it is believed that the executive forgot to make this request on time (before 27th February, 2019) and it was made in March, 2019.

2nd visit was made at Vodafone office asking why the bill was so high. On which they replied that the request was rejected and new request will be made. No message was received for any kind of rejection. Bill was not paid due to the discrepancy in the bill. 2nd request was made in the month of April instead of March by the Vodafone executive which was also rejected.

Again visit was done for the 3rd time to the Vodafone office. This time it was assured that I will not have to pay previous bills as no internet was used during that time and new request (3rd) will be made to change the billing plan from March, 2019.

On 2nd May, SMS was received, as attached as PHOTO 2, that new tariff will be applicable from 1st May, which was expected from 1st March, 2019. It was hard to believe this. In spite of having so many visit and phone calls, such an esteemed company, which is in the market from 1994 is making its customer suffer and go to its office again & again.

4th visit was made to the Vodafone office to fix this issue. BUT again, on 30th May, 2019, bill was generated for INR 1,121/-, as attached as PHOTO 3, having 2 units of Plan rental: INR 95.67/- & Previous Balance: INR 1,001.46/- (2 x 399/- + GST), which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Today, I have received an SMS showing revised due amount as on May, 2019 is INR 942/- as attached as PHOTO 4. It should be other way round, INR 942/- should be deducted and I was to pay INR 179/-.

It is difficult to believe that such kind of treatment is given to a loyal customer of more than 10 year for just Plan change. God knows how they will treat during changing the Service provider keeping the same phone number.

Hence, after so many phone calls & visits to your office, I still have the hope that all the incorrect charges applied on me to be waved off.

I hope some senior person who is really capable enough to solve the problem looks into this matter and solve it or URGENT BASIS which is pending from February 23rd, 2019 (125 days).
