My name is Jay Parekh and i had ported two connections of airtel postpaid to Vodafone postpaid on 9 march so as per the family plan of 598 in maharashtra i should get amazon prime, Vodafone play and zee5 subscription for one year completely free on my primary number, i am able to use amazon prime and Vodafone play but not able to use zee5 i have complained numerous times from 10 march 2020 and i am getting calls from different executives everyday, till date i have recived calls from riya, diksha, vishika phirke, rupa sultanpure and ragini but none of them have been able to resolve my issues, they just call for formality and then close my complaint, just imagine one complaint is handled by 5 to 6 people and today i am getting revert from Vodafone on 24 march 2020 that please let us know the reason of your unhappiness, just imagine what kind of company is this, what were they doing from 10 march 2020
