Dear sir,
It’s been am visiting 10-11 times ( me and my father ) to vodafone service centers asking them make our postpaid connection to prepaid. Everytime they will tell different story to make to keep the sim postapid and if we ask what document to submit they said adhar card . i showed my adhar card can i submit it now .. They said we need the backside print of adhar card . Next day i went with xerox of 2 sides of adhar card . They are saying it this is not the original one . My question is same adhar card accepted for postpaid connect and they forced to make the postpaid on the same day without asing any originals ..xerox is enough why they don’t accept for prepaid . Im really fed up to go 10-11 in order to make prepaid connection . Kindly take my complaint really i spent 500 for auto charge to go and come .I know hopw it painfull.
