Hello team,

this is to apprise you that I recently ported my number to Vodafone because one of the Vodafone executives promised me to provide me much better plan at than my existing provider, the executive told me that Vodafone has a plan in which I would get unlimited calling (local/ national /incoming/ outgoing free),

I will also get monthly text SMS, I was also promised 30 GB data since I have a corporate number so she committed that I would get 10 GB data so in total it would be 40 GB per month,

she promised me I would also get amazon prime, the rental of the plan would be 399 since I am a corporate customer so she provided me discount for Rs 200 forever.

Now my concern is, I am neither getting 40 GB data nor access to amazon prime, I only get 20 GB data and have no access to prime, in order to escalate it I talked to Vodafone executives twice but they hanged up on me without answering or giving me resolution then I raised porting request since I got no resolution,

again I was many calls from Vodafone retention team after I raised porting request, they all asked me the reason for porting out, as soon as I explained about the fraud just then they hanged up the call, they don’t even entertain me that too when they have done fraud to the customer.

Vodafone have the worst customer service executives in India. I tried many times and expected resolution but they all disconnected call without resolution or answering me..
