i was on a low cost plan by Vodafone and they raised my account to a higher value plan without notifying me and whenever asked they kept delaying the solution or transferring me to other Vodafone executives and now when i want to port my other number they’ve put the invalid bill from my previous number on my current number and now they’re simply telling me if I don’t pay my previous bill (which is an issue i constantly kept asking them to resolve) they won’t let me leave Vodafone either. So I request you to please look into this matter and kindly get it resolved.
